What is MoveWell?

MoveWell is a physical-therapy-guided home exercise app. Your physical therapist builds you a personalized program of exercises — each one a short instructional video — and you follow it at home. You watch each exercise, log how it felt (a 0-10 pain rating and effort level), and your therapist sees your progress and pain between visits. MoveWell is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

I can't sign in

If you used Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google, make sure you're picking the same provider you originally signed up with.
If you used email and password, use Forgot Password? on the sign-in screen — we'll email you a reset link.
Still stuck? Email us at the address above and include the email you're trying to sign in with.

Where do my exercises come from?

Your exercises are assigned by your physical therapist. When your PT builds or updates your program, the exercises show up in the app automatically.
Each exercise is a short instructional video you can watch as many times as you need.

How do I log how an exercise felt?

After you do an exercise, record how it went: a 0-10 pain rating and an effort level.
Your therapist can see these entries between visits, so they know what's helping and what to adjust.

How do I follow my program?

Open your program to see the exercises your therapist assigned, in order, each with its own video.
Work through them at home and log how each one felt so your therapist can follow your progress between visits.

How do I delete my account?

From inside the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. The deletion completes within 30 days. You can also request deletion by emailing the address above. See the full data deletion policy for details.

Report a bug or suggest a feature
